Is the website secure?
The website is highly secure and protects your data privacy. To minimize information exposure, we use the PCI security standard and do not store customers’ credit card details. Everything is secured at the highest level, and no sensitive information is saved.
How do you have models that aren’t available (locally) and why are the prices lower?
In general, we work on a personal-order basis directly with the official factories, rather than keeping stock and ready inventory.
This allows us to offer much better prices and access to models that are unavailable locally or are sold at much higher prices.
How long does delivery take?
Shoes in immediate stock (updates available on Instagram and WhatsApp) arrive within 1–3 business days directly to your home.
Shoes by order arrive within approximately 1.5–2 weeks from the moment the order is placed. We make every effort to ensure each and every one of you receives your order as quickly as possible :)
How do I receive the shipment?
Deliveries arrive directly to your doorstep via FedEx.
Before delivery, you will receive an SMS from the shipping company to coordinate the delivery, and on the delivery day the courier will contact you.
In addition, you can check your order status on the “Shipment Tracking” page.
Simply enter your order number, receive the tracking number, and check the status through FedEx or 17TRACK.
Are there any additional shipping fees or import/customs taxes?
The packages are shipped from our overseas warehouses.
They are packaged in a way intended to avoid customs issues, and you will not be required to pay any additional fees!
