Returns & Cancellations Policy
Order Cancellations
We understand that plans change. You may cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase. After this 24-hour window, the order enters our processing phase and can no longer be canceled for free.
Return Policy: Final Sale
Please note that all products sold on our site are considered promotional/sale items. Because of these special promotions, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or sizing issues.
Important: To be eligible for any return consideration (specifically for damages), your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Damages and Issues
The only exception to our "No Return" policy is if the item arrives damaged or defective.

Inspection: Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival.

Reporting: If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving the product.

Process: Contact us at info@sneakersclub.us with your proof of purchase and photos of the damage. If your claim is accepted, we will provide instructions and a return shipping label.
Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
In addition to our sale items policy, we cannot accept returns on:

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your damaged return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. Approved refunds are processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
