Order Cancellations

We understand that plans change. You may cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase. After this 24-hour window, the order enters our processing phase and can no longer be canceled free of charge.

Return Policy: Final Sale

Please note that all products sold on our website are considered promotional or sale items. Due to these special promotions, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or sizing issues.

Important: To be eligible for any return consideration (specifically for damaged or defective items), the product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received — unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

Damages & Issues

The only exception to our “No Return” policy is if the item arrives damaged, defective, or if the wrong item was received.

Inspection

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival.

Reporting Issues

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Process

Please contact us at info@sneakersclubeu.com with:

  • Your proof of purchase
  • Photos showing the issue or damage

If your claim is approved, we will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.

Please note: Items returned without first contacting us and receiving approval will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Gift cards
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned damaged item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will automatically be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received your funds, please contact us at info@sneakersclub.us.
